In these sessions I cross several medicines, with which I have been working myself: shamanic techniques like shamanic journeying, rainbow medicine from mama Cacao, the healing power of sound: my voice and music and the medicine of mother Earth.
You learn several practices that support you healing and connecting more to your heart, to mother Earth and relieving states of anxiety and fear, so common these days.
